Prototyping Maya – fast track!
Prototyping Maya explores the potential of Maya as design tool and will investigate the design to production process between the digital and the physical platforms via rapid prototyping machines.
Maya is an animation platform with potential ranging from code based scripting to flexible parametric modeling, allowing fast track design production with the chance to interface with the emerging new rapid prototyping technology in order to materialize the work produce and possibly speculate on the way the two platforms/processes inform one another and the way we understand design.

Autodesk Maya + 3Dprinting Workshop
[.]Software & skills:
No specific Autodesk Maya skills are required (although an introductory knowledge of 3D modeling is welcome).
Participants should bring their own laptop with pre-installed software.
