The article shows the algorithmic reasearch by Ezio Blasetti ( AHYLO) and his work with  François Roche (Columbia GSAPP university) highlithing the follow topics:

 

  • first approach to the algorithmic design
  • architectural speculation strategies related to material ecology
  • the role of the open source that shares codes effecting accessibility to computational design
  • use of nature to mimic its substances trying to understand what kind of unpredictable geometry we could develop from it
  • exploration in (N)CERTAINTIES studio
  • negotiation between generative process and our work
